A great little community lies between New Bern and Havelock Nc, it’s name is Indian Woods!
This community has 5 phases to it and all lots have been built upon except the ones in the last phase. Arrowwood and Bear trail are the last 2 streets in Indian Woods. Homes that are being built start in the mid to upper $150,000. There are 3 or 4 bedroom plans with or without a bonus room and most have 2 car garages. What is nice about these lots are that most have ample space to have a nice backyard.
