Is There New Bern Real Estate For $200,000 to $250,000?
July 7th, 2008  Categories: Real Estate News
Yes there is a large quantity of homes in this price range but why?
1. Builders keep building in this range because it is affordable to a larger percentage of people that need a larger home but have now over built.
2. Resale homes have been over priced and are sitting on the market.
3. People have to sell their homes in other places first before buying one here and are unable to do so.
4. Homes that were under $200,000 are now over this mark because of inflated lot prices that developers have been charging.
These homes can be found in communities such as Creekside Village, Granthum Place, Brices Crossing, Taberna, Forest Run, Longleaf Pines, and Carolina Pines to name a few. These communities are located between New Bern and Havelock just off of HWY 70. They are convenient to the MCAS Cherry Point, The City of New Bern and the beaches.
